I'm a spy called Scamp, he's green, wears a tuxedo, has a frying pan in his hand, and is in the brink of insanity, think of him as a combination of the Joker and Willy Wonka. I put the Joker in there because of his tendancy to bomb anything he can get his little green paws on. He's obsessed with the colour green and has a deep, burning hatred of bananas, mainly because he (and me in real life) has a banana allergy. Anyway. He lives in a mansion , which I shall hire someone to build and has an arch enemy, called Dr Draconian.
