Not so important anymore: Forum Redesign! Help Needed!

I'm looking for people that are good with photoshop (Not to put anyone on the spot, but **Cough**Mrcolton, Zim1985, Tommy012345**Cough**) to help me out with designing a couple of buttons and backgrounds for the site. I was hoping for a type of explosion effect for each of the buttons, like the current Team EPIC logo in the TE thread. Anyways, here is a list of the things we can have redesigned:

In its very early stages, it was dark, and people said they didn't like it, so we switched it to the green, and then the white.

oh, I did not know that the people do not like it, but personally I prefer darker, as always access at night in my room, for example it is now 23:55
