New and Better Team Epic

Speaking to some of our members for the past months. Team Epic need a better system how it is move and how it does it things. Our leaders some of them don't sometimes know how to run a clan. Some of them do because that means they had leadership skills or took a leadership class. Our number of people inactivity is high and we are fighting two wars for Team Epic with one dealing with our name and other with the BH. As I say before and seeing I'm a member I think it time that we do some REORGANIZED in Team Epic if not this team will fall down quickly. I think if someone wants to be a leader in team epic make a process so they can be one stop picking your friends or people you think that can do it. Because as I remember promise was broking when this site was made. I seen many things work great over my years of time. I was Class President and Vice President, Head of Public Relations of a Church, Civil rights activist for anyone who needs rights in this Country. Listen to me starting thinking to yourself it time for a change how things are run. Thank you
